Honda Uses Blog Network For Feedback
Honda have sponsored a blog network that gathers consumer feedback. This is something PSFK have been thinking about for a while - creating blogs that allow customers to give feedback on brands and products. Revolution Magazine says:
Although the online community will be completely independent from Honda, Honda engineers and associates will regularly log-on to contribute to and respond to feedback. This aims to give users direct access to the brand.
