The Genius of Apple’s Stores
Wired looks at the success of Apple stores:
The stores are very seductive. They’re a Space Age vision of a Kubrickian future — full of gleaming white and dull silver hardware. But they are very low-key. There is no pressure to spend, and the staffers are always happy to help, even with the most basic issues.
