PSFK Conference Speaker: Iain Tait

Iain is one of the founders of Poke. Poke are a creative digital agency based in London. He’s been working commercially in the online space for the last 10 years. Prior to founding Poke he worked at Oven Digital, and before that he was Director of Product Development for First Tuesday - helping entrepreneurs and investors to meet and do sweet business together. Before that he worked at a couple of other agencies and also did some freelance work. He has a BSc in Psychology which may or may not explain anything, but he thought it should be in his bio as everyone else seems to have qualifications in theirs. His ambition is to invent something incredible and he feels genuinely uncomfortable writing in the 3rd person.

At the PSFK Conference London, Iain will give a talk called ‘10 Reasons Why Digital Is Better Than Advertising’ which he says is about some chap from a digital agency trying to argue that an industry based around a bunch of geeks playing with joined-together computers is somehow more interesting than advertising.
